Hi, I’m Ronald Ramirez, and I’m proud to be assisting my dad, Venancio, with our family’s sprinkler repair business. As a high school student, I help out with in-person repairs, translating for our customers when needed, and supporting my dad in providing excellent service.
I’m learning the ropes and getting hands-on experience while making sure our customers get the care and attention they deserve. Working alongside my dad has taught me the value of hard work and the importance of treating every project with respect and care.
It’s a family effort, and I’m happy to be part of the team!
